IBU is non-profit foundation based in Charleston, SC with work across the globen-  in over 40 countries. The Ibu Movement partners with women around the world disrupting poverty and fashioning change through the art of their hands. IBU's mission is to expand markets for global women artisans, and help build their capacity for success with structural enhancements such as workspace and training.

During my 2 years of work with IBU I interned with Hannah Blatt, Executive Director of the IBU Foundation.

Key events were:

- Working to cultivate an event supporting Ibu Foundation's 2021 project, The RaRa, which raised over $200,000 to create a workspace for women in Haiti

- Assisting in IBU Foundation's International Women's Day event where Rangina Hamidi, Minister of Education of Afghanistan, was the guest speaker. The event raised approximately $200K for the IBU Foundation.
