A little bit about myself... 

I am a Dean’s List junior at the University of Southern California pursuing a double major in Communications (Annenberg) and Economics (Dornsife) with a minor in Marketing Design. 

This semester has been my most rewarding one to date. I am currently balancing an 18-unit course load with an internship at Purple PR in Los Angeles, where I am an intern for the VIP & Client Relations team supporting brand activations for more than 50 global luxury brands, including Ferrari, Zadig and Voltaire, and Apple Music. Within this role, I have gained valuable skills that have prepared me for the beauty and media world.  I draft press releases, develop media content, and coordinate PR packages for high-profile clients, including Olivia Rodrigo and Hailey Bieber. I also contribute to talent discovery initiatives and strengthen strategic partnerships through collaboration with Purple’s international offices.

One of my favorite aspects of the role is designing and presenting digital lookbooks and PR activity decks, where I compile and analyze editorial and social coverage and track VIP activity. Using tools such as Canva, I transform complex data into engaging visual presentations that strengthen partnerships and support talent discovery initiatives.

My previous internship with Alexandra Macon, a contributing editor at Vogue and founder of Over the Moon, also prepared me with hands-on exposure to both in-house operations and the editorial process. I supported both Over the Moon’s  retail and e-commerce operations, assisted with their brand collaborations, and gained meaningful exposure to the editorial process by joining Vogue.com team calls and even contributing to a published article. This taught me how to successfully develop concepts into published content.

Beyond my professional experience, my academic journey at USC has been truly incredible. I hold leadership roles in a broad range of extracurricular activities and take full advantage of the knowledge imparted by my USC Annenberg professors. My enduring drive for achievement was cultivated at a young age through participation in prestigious pre-college programs at Harvard University, Columbia University, the American University of Paris, and Sotheby’s Art Institute.

In addition, my Marketing Design minor has allowed me to take courses across USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Roski School of Art and Design, and Marshall School of Business. These projects have integrated marketing strategy, creative design, and mastery of digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, enabling me to approach work with both a creative and analytical mindset.
